The MyScore project is coordinated by the RWTH International Office. Three fallowing RWTH Aachen institutes are involved in the project, the Institute of Mineral Resources Engineering, in short MRE, the Lehr- und Forschungsgebiet Ingenieurhydrologie, in short LFI, and the Department of Physics. Supporting institutions also include Medien für die Lehre, in short MFL, and IT Center. As the project aims at close cooperation with international universities, the project's ecosystem includes Politecnico di Milano, TU Delft, Aalto University, but also University of New South Wales as international partners.
