Automatization and Digitalization of the Recognition Process

 

The electronic exchange of student data in the case of a stay abroad is a first step towards digitalizing the recognition process. In addition, the process within the university continues to be very bureaucratic and paper-based.

One way to address this challenge is to harmonise module information with selected international partners with the aim of a one-time examination of all modules at the partner university and subsequent automatic recognition of achievements.

This approach to simplify and especially accelerate the recognition process will be tested and evaluated in the MyScore project. This is also done in connection with technical support tools that are used throughout the university.
